Hi guys as you know I'm all about healthy eating, but in order to be 100% healthy you also have to exercise! Like most 14 year old girls I dream of being toned and tan like all the fitness Nike models, but also like most 14 year old girls I do not enjoy the gym.
Also exercise isn't just about looking good, its about being healthy! So to be a true health nut I have to exercise. Like I said before I do not like the gym, but I love The Great Outdoors so I content myself with doing exercise that I love, some examples are: Hiking, swimming, walking, Ariel ( see picture), dancing, biking and skiing! I urge you to find something that you ENJOY doing also!
