Recipe:
2 cups Drained and rinsed black beans
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder ( can sub with any flour)
1/2 cup egg whites
2 T coconut flour
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup any milk ( I used unsweetened flax milk)
Sweetener to your taste ( I used 15 Drops sweet leaf stevia)
Optional goodies: Nuts, chocolate chips, ect
Preheat oven to 375, blend all ingredients together in a blender, grease a pan ( or you could use cupcake liners) Bake until a toothpick comes out clean
Nutrition: if no optional goodies using flax milk and stevia( I got 8 brownies) 100 calories 10 grams carbs ( 4 grams fiber 1 gram sugar)13 grams protein, 1 gram fat
